ASAP 2015 Convention review

The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) hosted its 6th annual Convention in London with a record turnout of 400 delegates. The keynote address ‘the world of customer service: long on promises – short on delivery ...and customers have had enough!’ was given by Mike Ashton, customer experience specialist and former Global CMO of Hilton.

The ASAP Industry Awards Dinner was held that evening and we were delighted to see res:harmonics customer Go Native pick up a Highly commended in the innovation category.
