The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) hosted its 6th annual Convention in London with a record turnout of 400 delegates. The keynote address ‘the world of customer service: long on promises – short on delivery ...and customers have had enough!’ was given by Mike Ashton, customer experience specialist and former Global CMO of Hilton.
